Subscriptions for Institutions and Organizations
Subscriptions for Institutions are available to for all 2-year and 4-year schools, undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs. This includes state and private colleges as well as junior and community colleges, technical schools and any other post-secondary educational program. Institutional Subscriptions are also available for all public (state, county and municipal/town) and special libraries. Electronic access is allowed for faculty, staff, students, library patrons (registered cardholders and walk-ins), and the campus computer network, including remote access for users directly affiliated with the site when granted by the institution through strict authentication.
Institutional Subscriptions include:

Unlimited access enabled via IP Address Recognition from all eligible machines on your network without need of usernames and passwords for all of your users. - Remote Access
Enable access of your database subscription for off-site research via a referrer URL. - Email Alerts
Updates of new and revised grant programs emailed directly to all interested parties directly affiliated with your organization.

Consortium Agreements

We welcome inquiries from universities and other institutions of higher education as well as public and special libraries. About Email Alerts

Email Alerts services notify you when a grant program in your field of interest has been added or updated. The grant information is delivered directly to your inbox. Alerts are sent out daily to each user’s preferred email address. Alert messages are based on the user’s search criteria – each will only receive alerts on the subjects and keywords that were selected. Alerts can save you time searching for grants by doing the work for you!

What’s different about an institutional account?
GrantSelect is easily accessible to users, thanks to site-wide, full network access via IP authentication. One price allows unlimited access to GrantSelect within a network, making pricing simple and administration effortless.
If I sign up half-way through a month, will I be charged the full amount?
We can start your subscription at any time, so you can choose to start and end your annual subscription to coincide with your fiscal planning. Once you’ve signed up and paid for a full subscription, you will receive the full time period of service specified for your subscription.
How does the free trial work?
GrantSelect is available for a FREE trial access subscription for academic institutions and public libraries. To request a trial, please contact our sales personnel, who will discuss terms, provide a quote, and send you access information.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal payments, checks and bank wire transfers. We can accept purchase orders from educational institutions and public libraries. We can accept payments online, over the phone or via mail.
How is site license pricing calculated?
For site-wide access, pricing is calculated using Institution Type and Institution Size (Academic – based on FTE or Full Time Equivalent figure for all students; Corporate, Government or Hospital – based on FTE or Full Time Equivalent; Public Libraries – based on Legal Service Population).
Can I be billed instead of paying by credit card?
Payment by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT) is available for institutional subscriptions. Please contact us to arrange.
Can an institution or organization just purchase a personal subscription?
No. A personal subscriber is defined as a single-user account holder accessing the system via an email address and password, and searching via their personal computer from home. If a personal subscription is being accessed from a large number of different IP addresses or locations, you will be contacted and your personal subscription may be terminated.
